So I’m 6”1 always had a 🍑 breat cup always been a 36b cup beside when I was pregnant and then thangs was swollen and full of milk 😂 but naw ladies this is a must buy so I have been taking aptien I think I spelled it incorrectly but yea years ago when I was dancing this is what we was introduced to I always did the liquor which I have the liquid in the nutritick as well with consistency and taken correctly you will gain the weight in the right places my face is so much smoother and filler my chest area arms thighs everything we as ladies want to be feminine and right this product will do the syrup taste like pancake syrup I like it the pill’s definitely have a vitamin smell and taste when first placed in mouth but nothing to a woman who takes vitamins like I do…… definitely works with consistency I take the syrup and two pills in am works out eat etc and in evening I take just two pills sometime the syrup if my night meal isn’t a big meal only 5 ml in the morning I may take 5 ml or 10 ml depending on if I workout before the intake because I will take a muscle milk or have a protein shake from smoothie king and the protein intake is usually 27grams to 42grams

I haven't been consistently taking them ....seems to be doing the job tho....not seeing any major improvements yet. The liquid is nasty, i suggest mix it with something
