I got this a few weeks ago, it takes a minute to come maybe around 2-3 weeks. But it is worth it !! I wasn’t in a rush for gains so it was ok to wait. I’m pretty curvy already but more pear shaped. I use this for appetite, not really to gain weight. With the stress of a new break up and stress at school my appetite is very low. The liquid works best !! Increased my appetite the first day I only take it once a day because personally one dose keeps me hungry/increased appetite all day. I tried the pills for a few days alone, but it didn’t increase my appetite as quick as the syrup/liquid. So I will only use the syrup for now. I’m not using it for weight gain, just to maintain weight but I did gain 2 lbs in a week ! Lol
